Our Shipping is very fast ! Most orders arrive in 1-3 days. All items are pre-made and ready to ship, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be packaged. Once your order is packaged it will ship out with 1-3 business day shipping. When your order is shipped out you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Orders over $100 are shipped with signature delivery, if you are not home to sign for the package you can reschedule the delivery through the tracking number link or you can pick up the item at your nearest USPS post office. Please check the wash tags located on the inside of products for the safest wash instructions to ensure your items last long.

Store policy

Exchanges are now accepted if the desired item is in stock & returns are eligible for store credit.

  • Customers are responsible for all exchange/return shipping costs. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Item must be unworn, in new condition with the original packaging. Customers must provide us the return tracking number within 48 hours of receiving approval from customer support.

  • After we receive and inspect the return/exchange, if the item is not in brand new condition with the original packaging then we cannot accept the request and the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

If you would like to exchange or return an item for store credit please contact our customer support info@youlovesk.com with your order details and a reason for the request so we can provide you our return address.

In the rare occurrence of receiving a defective item, please reach out to our customer support & we will exchange the item for you right away at our cost.
